The WEHO Halloween Street Party - October 31st, Hollywoood - It is billed as the largest Halloween street festival in the U.S with almost 400,000 people walking the 1/4 mile or so span of Santa Monica Blvd. I go because of the wild and creative costumes that dominate this party, I know I'll get some fun pics. The Gaia Festival - August 6th, Laytonville - The final festival for me this summer (Gaia) was at the same venue as The Kate Wolf Festival and a fine venue it is. It has been a great summer and I've really enjoyed visiting a few of your fine summer festivals. Don't be afraid to travel to this next year, sight unseen. I'm "A" listing it. That means Go, Go Gaia! I am going to go back into the well (the pics files) this week to see what I can find. So, do check again next week if you're looking but haven't seen.... Reggea On The River Music Festival - July 16th, Piercy - The mother of all outdoor summer festivals, the 27th Annual - Reggea On The River - was alot of fun and alot of work. The third stop on my Summer Of Love photography tour. What started slow (and late) due to the lame Cooks Valley Camping shuttle (shame, shame) ended great. I was mostly just bouncing off the ground as the sound system just kicked ass. Lots of fun pics to share, I even stayed up for some Dome (after party) snaps. Kate Wolf Memorial Music Festival - June 25th, Laytonville - - The Kate Wolf Memorial Music Festival was a cozy mellow affair. Really a class A outdoor event. I think only 5,000 people were let in each day. Everyday, eventually sold out. The venue sparkled, vendor lines short, kid friendly - Heck Yeah! and just as groovy as grandma's berry pie. I shot considerably less pics (sorry), but you can still get a good look at the offerings if'n you want to go next year. Mavis Staples and Los Lobos closed out Saturday night and the crowd was in a great mood. Thanks to everyone who did let me take their pic. - Peace - Andy. See the page.

Sierra Nevada World Music Festival - June 18th - Boonville - The first stop on my Summer of Love music festival tour was about a 90 min drive to Boonville and as scenic drive as you'll need to see. The town was all geeked up for the event and the streets were lined with hippie chicks and cosmic characters a plenty. The setting was terrific and the event itself was really well planned out. Thanks to all the locals for making me feel so at home up here, and for the pics too. - Andy. ..whenever you're ready.

Only events that were either totally promotional (not hire for pay) or where the event promoter allowed are posted here. Because sometimes whomever hires me owns the pics and some promoters want to show exclusively on their event or club sites or may choose to use just the best pics selectively for their own promotional material. Like A Pic? - Halloween Festival pics are on the store site now. You can order photos on this site on a variety of items like mugs, shirts, calenders, mousepads, fridge-magnets and such. Why those little elves can slap a pic on just about anything (Fridge-magnets are nice, I have some). You get great pics (the quality of the prints are very good) and I make $$ and nobody gets hurt. That's how it works. So, go on and support the site by getting something at my soda-pop shop.
